Glen is responsible for the executive education programs, including overall design, development and delivery of the programs. He works with clients and participants to ensure that the programs meet individual and corporate learning objectives and our high quality standards.

Nicole provides for the overall management of the programs. She directs marketing activities, partner relations and manages financial resources. She actively supports the Director in business development and ensures program quality and service delivery.

Shirley provides logistical and administrative services needed for specific programs, such as facilities, catering and course materials. She is the prime contact for participants in the delivery of these programs in respect of all issues relating to registration and payment of fees. In addition, Shirley is the Administrator for the Ottawa Chapter of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
